Here are some of the key reasons why … (they amount to circumstantial evidence it was a false flag):

No one died…5 to 8 shots fired…1 to 2 by alleged assailant. One reported into an agent wearing a bulletproof vest. All others missed? Really?

It allowed Trump to point guns at journalists he hates ahead of the midterm elections, (cheaper than suing them ….for intimidatory prowess?).

Weirdly counter to this: it may boost sympathy for Trump, possibly the least sympathetic human in world history.

It saved us from knowing what’s really going on in Mr Trump’s head — he was having his mind read by a “mentalist” at the time of the shooting.

It was distracting from Trump’s Iran failure and global inflation that he has deliberately caused. It reduces scrutiny of US geopolitical negotiations.

It shows (wrongly) we need to invest billions in security, eroding the amount for climate action.

Showed lone-wolf “whack jobs” can do damage (Trump might have been talking about himself here).

It allowed Trump to justify his new ballroom (yep he did this very quickly). [This coincidence is just too wild to believe.] See the so called “Truth” post, below.

It created fear in what might be a very peaceful world (if it weren’t for violent America).

It certainly does show the press’s skewed news sense. This story should quickly be downgraded by news outlets ….but won’t be ….because the news media lurves navel gazing.

It saved Trump from delivering his prepared satire of the press? Ok maybe I was looking forward to this ….still he has already done it a lot.…so no really big loss.
