July 22, 2026 — I’m running to be MP for Clacton on an independent ticket. Here is my pitch, which I’m adjusting as I’m informed by voters and national and global circumstances over the next few weeks. Donate here. Vote for the better Nigel.
Britain’s democratic process is in disarray because there is a culture of deception.
I have a deep understanding of this and can help change it as an independent.
I’ve already had some success in helping end the country’s cover-up culture:
Brexit was missold (by people including incumbent MP Mr Nigel Farage, I believe [opinion]) and exiting the EU has cost UK economic output of about £750 billion in 10 years including lost government revenue of about £250 billion. (**See below for factual basis)
Actually …British people kinda do need saving from their mostly flawed, monstrous, deceptive leaders … a group that includes Mr Farage. I’m not saying I can save anyone, yet I’m trying to help improve the political and economic narratives toward sustainability, equality and justice and away from deception.
The most important decisions in Britain are made without consulting the people or even without consulting the people’s representatives.
I’m also running to reclaim “woke” as a good thing … from my pretend older brother President Donald Trump. I love him, even though he’s a little bit treacherous, too. See below.
Clacton is already a substantially lovely place. I have lived in London’s East End for 24 years and Clacton is a traditional holiday spot for London dwellers. I have solid grounds for running.
The vision, what I’m offering — ideas from voters and beyond:
—People want an end to rip-off Britain. I will work with govt to drive up competition in markets, forcing price cuts and the end of sky-high profit margins. People/corporations can still make a fair profit.
*Example, banks should be made to increase interest rates for their saving customers as soon as the Bank of England raises official rates.
—Clacton voters want better transport. Potentially more and better buses, lower prices. I spoke to people at the Women’s Institute, who wanted more buses …and to be fair to Mr Farage those people said Reform UK has repaired some Clacton potholes via Essex County Council in the past few months. (I’m open to finding out more about what Farage has done behind the scenes for Clacton.)
—-Clacton-on-Sea’s rail station needs an upgrade, including the facilities and cafe there, which offer limited availability.
—-More visible policing. I spoke to a lady voter who assented to my running and said she had her purse stolen on the street recently. She did not criticise the police and said they were dealing with her crime report.
—-Better marketing of Clacton’s history, attractions and pleasantries to boost visitor numbers. It’s 1.5 hours to London Liverpool St by train and the beaches and people are (mostly) fab and friendly.
—-With bountiful wind energy, Clacton can showcase cleaner living.
—-With many amusement centres and its famous piers, Clacton can become a hub for emersive-AI-virtual-reality/gaming experiences.
—-Better governance…this is already underway with a rationalisation of local governments/services. I spoke to one lady who said she was pregnant yet had fallen through the cracks of the housing-assistance system and was sleeping in a beach hut.
—A better immigration system, in part to ensure fairness for all people needing help. Multiple people said refugees appear to get more out of the benefits system than British people do.

Me as Woke Trump, US President Donald Trump’s pretend younger brother. I love my pretend brother, but he has abused the definition of “woke” to damage it demonizing action that helps save the climate and nature, and he has pretended to be a man of the people, just like Nigel Farage is pretending in this by-election; I’m running as Woke Trump CarrZee and as the real human Mathew Carr to reclaim woke as a good thing and to highlight how deceptive global and UK politics has become;
Nevertheless, I’m a serious candidate and will represent Clacton people (and British people) much better than Mr Farage has done in his first two years:
