‘Shame must change sides’ toward villains and away from victims; in Feb. 2026 villains remain hidden (1)

Reporting and opinion by Mathew Carr

Natalie Fleet (Labour — ruling party) said shame must change sides because abusive powerful men are going about their usual business with no shame about their abusive behavior….while victims suffer with piled-on shame.

MPs line up to criticise the judgement of PM Keir Starmer for appointing Peter Mandelson as British ambassador in Washington DC … when he knew Mandelson was a great mate of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Mandelson’s abuse of power was “disgusting to see”, Fleet said.

“I am angry that victims and survivors have had their anonymity ripped away”

Fleet cited Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre (see below) on the extended period of history (through today) when powerful male abusers retain their ability and authority to cover up their own wrongdoing while “lording” their power over ordinary people, who have normal levels of money and power and so can’t hold their abusers to account.

It’s quite fascinating that gay man Mandelson in February 2026 is taking so much heat away from the actual perpetrators of abuse against women and girls. The identities of those men are still being covered up. WTF?

It’s also fascinating that America has successfully deflected blame all the way across the Atlantic. WTAF?
