Even if Texas saw the deadly flooding coming …it wasn’t capable of warning its citizens in time.
Nearly 70 are dead. Largely innocent children.
Government is there, first and foremost, to look after the security and safety of taxpayers.
Perhaps no govt could have been prepared for this sort of climate change. The investigations just starting now, with vigour, no doubt ….will give us some idea….if the findings aren’t washed away by deadly propaganda.
