Stansted airport just now

Ryanair employee said the low-cost airline would pay £3 per person compensation — delivered by showing each boarding pass at WH Smith (newsagent).

But you can’t use it until AFTER the flight is delayed by more than 2 hours …ie you can’t get your free drink until the end of 2 hours waiting.

Wtf?

Communication with passengers awful, as usual.
