Decides that participating Party registries, as referred to in decision 2/CMA.3, annex, paragraph 29, may voluntarily connect to the Article 6.4 mechanism registry, and the connection shall enable the transfer of authorized A6.4ERs, and provide the ability to pull and view data and information on holdings and the action history of authorized A6.4ERs;
