US corporations making at least £23,000 per household per year after ‘taking over’ Britain (4)

June 16-18, 2024 — US corporations, effecting a takeover of its ’51st state’ Britain, make more than £23,000 per household per year, demonstrating that one of the world’s oldest democracies is now pretty much captured by an external economic power.

This is according to research using a US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) database by Angus Hanton, author of ‘Vassal State’: as outlined in this excellent podcast from six days ago; icymi until now like i did. (I’ve not verified the numbers.)

US corporations employ about 2 million Brits vs less than a quarter of that in Germany, a much bigger economy that is more free from the influence of the US, Hanton estimates.

I spent some time last week in the suburbs of Bonn, Germany …for UN climate talks … and I can attest that lifestyle is better … and prices are much lower both in shops and in restaurants.

The IRS figures are a few years old so the ratio of those employed by Americans has probably become even worse since the pandemic, I reckon.

Remember, though, that America helped stoke the Ukraine war via NATO to prevent Russia and Germany from joining together economically (as Germany was set to buy more natural gas from Russia) and potentially end up with a lower economic cost base than North America.

America saw this collaboration between Germany and Russia as dangerous to its economic future.

The USA or its proxies probably blew up the Nordstream pipeline from Russia to Germany to further its economic interests, if one follows the money…that’s pretty clear.

The deception in the mainstream media and via political messaging is shocking. To distract from its own bad behavior, the US demonises China and Russia. It’s a successful strategy so far.

Continued below.

BTW: I was brutally fired by New-York based Bloomberg News in 2020 … as my mum lay dying …shortly after the start of the pandemic … after I had called out for years the bad behavior by the US and Bloomberg News in relation to pathetic climate-news reporting …internally in my employing firm … as I reported about natural gas, coal, oil and climate. I’ve been gently yet determinedly deplatformed since being fired. This website has been hacked and censored multiple times. I’ve even been arrested recently, I believe as an intimidation tactic…it might be a weird coincidence, of course.

There is now increasing pressure on Britain to return artefacts stolen from around the world during its multi-century colonialism … as US interests buy £4 billion of British art every year, the podcast listeners can hear. Britain is simultaneously being plundered while being forced to pay compensation.

Meantime US corporations continue to buy UK companies and defence assets after “demonizing as too woke” Britain’s push to make capitalism more green and clean and sustainable.

It’s truly shocking behavior by America’s reckless, nature-killing, warmongering interests. Sunak’s Tories have allowed it to happen the past 14 years.

American companies are now inserting themselves as rip-off middlemen into transactions where they add little value other than matching buyers and sellers …and they have no real right to be other than profit seeking and greed… eg Uber and AirBnB.

They’ve taken over the retail coffee industry in Britain, (another example) and Boots, the biggest pharmacy chain whose prices are now at a level of “super rip off”, I would say.

Conclusion

The most shocking thing …is that British regulators and the two main political parties supposedly mandated to look after the English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish people …are not only ignoring this horrific trend the past few decades … but are failing to debate it ahead of the July 4 elections …. while seeking additional mandates to continue the exploitation and containment of the British people for another several-year period.

Do they think we are stupid? Apparently so. Partly because the British butler and its American handlers have largely grabbed control of our collective minds.

This is why neither Keir Starmer nor Rishi Sunak (nor Nigel Farage) deserve to have overly strong influence in British politics starting July 5.

They are all complicit. Farage and Sunak’s Brexit was about lessening the strength of the EU and allowing the USA takeover of the UK to ramp up.

Brexit costing ~£100 Billion a Year

Time for better global politics. Vote for Mathew Carr on July 4 as independent MP in the constituency of the Cities of London and Westminster.

The US take, the greedy grab

That’s about 2/3 of average household income before housing costs. This income data includes a bunch of older, richer British folks so it is extremely tough for the young and the poor to be paying out so much to America as they try to get by and create a family:

I’m not saying household income and US corporation revenue is directly comparable…but the income puts the revenue in stark context.

Ultimately the British people pay.

(Earlier corrected dateline to include June 16, made language more clear)
