June 25-July 2, 2023 — LONDON: Former Raytheon contractor links “earthquake-generating” weapons platform to Christchurch earthquakes in 2010/2011.
The mainstream press does not seem to have reported this during the past two weeks or so, so I need to report it.
New technology, perhaps derived from UFO tech or to monitor UFOs, seems to have been involved in the deadly earthquake that happened in February 2011 in Christchurch, New Zealand, according to a whistleblower. Another quake occurred in September of 2010, which could be the initial quake in a series.

There is a lot of skepticism (I hesitate to say — understandably) of any causal link between the South Pole facility and the quakes and there is also plenty of questioning of the credibility of the whistleblower Eric Hecker, who was not a senior official. Check out this Reddit string.
I’m not sure this questioning is fair. I believe his allegations are worth investigating.
“This is the weapons of war that we have to deal with now. And what Raytheon’s hiding,” Hecker said.
He told me by email that his allegation pertained to the February quake. “The Feb. quakes were the culprit,” he said by return email.
He said the National Science Foundation oversaw who was at the facility, hired contractors. He said Raytheon was a third-party contractor, which indicates there may be a second party contractor. I’ve asked the NSF to comment.
I also approached the NZ Earthquake Commission, which said: “It’s well documented and accepted the earthquakes you’re referring to were the result of the movement of fault lines in the Canterbury region. That IceCube website doesn’t seem to mention the following information from Hecker at the National Press Club press conference above …and a search on the official website for ‘Raytheon’ yielded no results:
He said he witnessed use of a neutrino light array, “a multifaceted directed energy weapons platform”, a type of air-traffic-control-station for UFOs (and perhaps for prototype manmade craft based on UFO technology), a system for “faster-than-light communications”.

Hecker said he already has given information to the Senate Intelligence Committee of the US:
“Unfortunately I have other bad news. The season that I was there 2010 to 2011 we converted from construction to operations and maintenance in both the elevated station and the detector array.
“Unfortunately, when they first fired it up, that was when we had the earthquakes in Christchurch, New Zealand.
“There were two incidental shots before they were able to to target it correctly. This is an earthquake generating device as well. This is the weapons of war that we have to deal with now. And what Raytheon’s hiding.
“There is an ELF [extremely low frequency] system at the South Pole station that when I was arrived, I was told it was ‘offed’, dismantled and completely defunct. In my work, I will rapidly just tell you, I had to figure out the circuitry for certain other repairs. And I found that this system is in fact completely energised up and running and being utilised with the other systems for nefarious purposes as well.
“The atmospheric research observatory is in what we call the clean air sector. I witnessed myself a very powerful green laser shooting out of the top of this facility into the cosmos.
Communication and / or defense system
“This I believe is a secondary form of long-range communications and or a defence system.
“I am not saying that we need to be scared of anything that’s out there. But please understand the military industrial complex is happy to invest all of your money in alleviating their fears.
“A question of power comes into play for all of these facilities that are present. I assure you, I knew what was going on. I knew the load demands of the facility and all of these new items exceed the demand for the systems that I was presented (with). By doing due diligence and research, I believe there is either secondary power supply there that is either nuclear that was there prior to the start of the Antarctic Treaty, which prohibits such things, and / or that there is some sort of exotic power supply system there. That just is not in the verbiage of the treaty. So it negates the responsibility to the parties involved.
“I think that pretty much covers it for time. If anybody wants to find out more, I have a website where all this information is at for brevity, I’ll wrap it up but you can go to deciphering.tv . I’ve documented all this stuff. And information is available.”

Why / why not? how?
What are you doing to try to get the relevant information from who / Raytheon / US government? What is the NZ government doing to inform NZ taxpayers about the situation?
What role does the commission / NZ government have in the apparent giant cover up?
I also asked IceCube itself for comment.
It referred me to the National Science Foundation, which I approached for comment and which handles/oversees the participants at the facility.
