—France, Netherlands , Spain and Poland all to quit treaty; Italy quit; Germany to quit?

Oct. 19, 2022 — CarrZee – One of the reasons why politicians are slow on climate action is that they fear being sued under the energy charter treaty – which creates a bunch of secretive courts.

That’s why withdrawing from the treaty probably makes sense for all countries.

This decision would allow governments to better stand up to corporations and billionaires who are benefiting from the current deeply flawed system.
