—11 “hostile” Christians die during Islamic State raid after Trump spends thousands of taxpayer USD on Christmas missiles to protect Christians
Opinion and questions by Mathew Carr
Dec. 25, 2025 – Jan. 3, 2026 —- Why does President Donald Trump ignore the Nigeria people and his violent collaboration with its government in his “truth” post in apparent support of Christians on Christmas Day?
The USA deployed more cowardly strikes ….this time on poor people in the Africa nation.
Trump said the airstrikes against “scum” ISIS militants in northwest Nigeria on Christmas was a decisive blow against people he accused of targeting Christian communities.
The death and injury toll is unclear. Lawfulness too. The UN should be built up to prevent these kinds of moves, which seem even worse than terrorism in some ways because they incite hatred against American aggression and the west more widely.

Trump’s actions and words were worryingly reckless and misleading, according to multiple reports.

My human sources indicate Trump is probably interested in Nigeria because of its crude oil ….and because it might become the world’s most populous nation.
Trump is also probably trying to support weapons makers ….that’s what America has done since WW2. Misguided peacemaking actually makes things worse.
Trump is actually appealing to his Christian support base in America, says Sky News (and people familiar with geopolitics, who I spoke to), and there is little evidence Christians are being targeted by terrorists more than Muslims. The evidence points against the anti-Christian direction of terror cited in Trump’s comments, Sky said.
Sky reported one of the targeted towns had not even previously been hit by terror …. before Trump’s violence. The news outfit cited a local reporter.

Newsweek:
The strikes were coordinated with the Nigerian government.

Why was this collaboration deemed worthy of suppression by Trump?
Trump seems to conflate cooperation with weakness, which is bad for the world.
