Article 2.9:  Environment

            Cambodia (alone, really?) shall adopt and maintain environmental protections, effectively enforce its environmental laws, uphold or institute as necessary strong environmental governance structures, and address environment-related issues that contribute to non-reciprocal trade.

Is it reciprocal or not?
