Disrespecting India is no way to get better trade and climate protection

Aug. 24, 2025 — One of the most disgusting western-media narratives the past few days has been blaming India for the war in Ukraine.

And I was dismayed to discover that the Financial Times (the best of a bad lot) was largely to blame.

On Aug. 18, the FT published the following outrageous opinion, but at least had the moral fortitude to publish a great letter Aug. 22, criticising that missive from the Trump administration.
