Reuters is presenting this as a win for justice ….or at least Delaware ….yet it is the complete opposite.

The law has not been properly tested.

Threats and intimidation by the rich prevented justice being done.

It’s outrageous that politicians and courts are being corrupted by big business.

Billionaires should be forced to return any proceeds of crime. Or proceeds of major mistakes or injustices that unfairly enriched them.

Who is going to pay for the theft of everyone’s privacy?

If wrongdoing goes unpunished….the world will become even more brutal.
