US-China Trade nothingball?
Video here sees US commerce secretary Howard Lutnick struggling to outline any single breakthrough after two days of trade talks with China officials.
The mentioning of magnets by Bloomberg is intriguing ….might flick at anti-gravity technology.
The talks in London began Monday. There is a handshake on a framework and that’s the process, Lutnick said.
Perhaps there is a deal and both sides don’t want to talk about it just yet….as other parties need to be consulted ….eg the G20.
Let’s hope there is no insider trading on the as-yet-unpublished deal ….this time.
Are these guys serious ….or are they going to continue to behave like self-serving clowns on a taxpayer funded jolly?

In a separate briefing, China’s Vice Commerce Minister Li Chenggang also said a trade framework had been reached in principle that would be taken back to U.S. and Chinese leaders. (Reuters)
