US’s big, beautiful $11 billion a year for climate under Trump…or is it? UNFCCC (1)

This is good for climate negotiations if the US number IS actually for the climate annually and THAT is the reason the Big Beautiful Bill is seeking to raise the US borrowing limit by a couple of trillion dollars.

I’m not saying $11 billion a year is enough for the biggest historical emitter and biggest oil producer …but it’s better than the zero that President Trump gives the public impression he’s willing to pay….as he deploys his “art of the climate deal”.
