Cowardly ‘Labour’ UK govt punishes those who put it in power; 3.2m poor folk lose £2,000 each (3)

The UK govt has caved into billionaire Trump’s threats and is boosting its warmongering.

It’s pretending interest rates can’t come down because of wages.

It’s not taxing wealthy people properly. (One Labour MP said the time for a wealth tax “has come” — see Xeet linked below)

It’s using council tax to hurt the poor and push property into the real estate market.

It’s ruining relationships with developing countries to stoke weapons makers.

It is cowardly in the face of further threats by Trump on tariffs.

It should be standing up to Trump.

“People wanted change from this government, and what we’ve seen is a continuation of the mistakes that were made in the (Sept) budget. And it’s disappointing that although Rachel Reeves (UK chancellor) talked about the world changing around her, she hasn’t adapted to the very clear problems with the budget that she set out in September”: Liberal Democrat’s Miller — see pic, above — on Sky
