Britain has been planning to send its troops to Ukraine, potentially for peacekeeping purposes, for more than two years, according to three people familiar with the situation.*

In case you were under the impression this plan is derived from pressure from the USA or British bravery by PM Starmer….that’s simply wrong. (Unless there was pressure back in 2022 and that’s not clear to me one way or the other … but the USA has benefited from billions of euros of LNG exports and weapons sales and higher fossil fuel sales since Russia’s invasion/response to NATO encroachment.

Following the money the past three years provides plenty of evidence that the war was kept going to further enrich the military industrial intelligence complex…and dirty energy companies at the expense of clean ones ….especially those of the USA.

This is despite the truth that OECD politicians have known world peace (ish) was possible since 2022.

Corrupt politicians have simply been making so much money from weapons makers etc they didn’t want to end the crooked system.

One of my people familiar didn’t know exactly why he would be deployed to Ukraine in late 2022 (or perhaps he didn’t want to speak with me about it).

Peacekeeping was one option, he said.

*to be sure …more than two years…war has now been going on for three years ….so it’s possible it has been as long as three years that UK has been preparing for peacekeeping. Correct.

UK has also made a shit ton of money from fossil fuels and weapons too.
