There was no decision today on the volume of carbon flowing from Kyoto to Paris, I’m told by one envoy.
Because there is no decision on when or if the Clean Development Mechanism will end, the volume decision can’t be made, they said.
Perhaps this is a way to protect carbon market prices….and they need it. See below.
