July 25, 2024 — The president’s younger brother Frank said three days ago that Biden’s health “absolutely” was a factor in his decision to hand over the presidential race to Kamala Harris.

Taking that information at face value, Biden probably should be judged inappropriate to lead the country.

Should Biden fail to take this decision to step completely away from the role, it could be taken by Harris alongside “a majority” of Biden’s cabinet.

This seems like the most logical thing to do given the world’s fraught global politics, wars and worsening climate change.

If this is true, we are in a constitutional crisis. The 25th amendment must be invoked to remove him from office.
