Whether 6.4 UN carbon credits under the Paris climate deal will be authorised only at UN level — or at national level too — remains a talking point at Bonn climate talks.
Negotiations continue this afternoon…with some wording in the two documents published earlier in the day being debated, according to an envoy in the talks.
The negotiations are set to continue in Baku in November.
