According to a recent Oxfam analysis, G7 countries owe developing nations in the Global South more than $13 trillion in development, climate, and infrastructure assistance.

In reality, developing countries are paying the world’s wealthiest nations. They are burdened with daily debt repayments of $232 million to institutions like the International Monetary Fund and the G7 countries, deepening inequality and stifling growth opportunities.
