Sudanese former Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok warned that the conflict could become worse than those in Syria and Libya

East Africa is dogged by acute heatwaves, starvation, unrest. It’s getting worse…can the world collaborate on it?

I spoke to a British doctor who witnessed people starving to death in the region.

He said British people would not be so complacent if they knew what starvation looked like.

Starvation could be coming to OECD nations, because of the continued expansion of fossil fuels, he said.

He said he can barely speak about what he saw.

Rich people are most to blame for climate change.

Poor people are suffering most.
