1. [Decides that each Party shall] [Invites each Party to] communicate in 2025 a
   nationally determined contribution with an end date of 31 December 2035, in 2030 a
   nationally determined contribution with an end date of 31 December 2040, and so forth every
   five years thereafter;
2. Invites each Party that is not in a position to communicate in 2025 a nationally
   determined contribution with an end date of 31 December 2035 to communicate in 2030 a
   nationally determined contribution with an end date of 31 December 2040, in 2035 a
   nationally determined contribution with an end date of 31 December 2045, and so forth every
   five years thereafter.
