China calls for generous humanitarian aid for Gaza, Sudan, naming Israel and Rapid Support Forces as responsible

Some key bits:

Hunger must not be weaponized. And humanitarian workers must not become the targets of attack. Compliance with international humanitarian law is an obligation for all parties, not an option.

We call on Israel to strictly comply with international humanitarian law and ensure large-scale entry of humanitarian supplies into Gaza.

The humanitarian situation in Sudan is extremely dire. The Rapid Support Forces must immediately lift restrictions on humanitarian access in El Fasher to ensure the safe entry and distribution of supplies.

The international community should unite and collaborate to enhance the representation, voice, and decision-making power of developing countries, eliminate unreasonable restrictions on food production and exports, combat speculative capital and price monopolies, build a production and supply chain with security, stability, and mutual benefits, and establish a more fair and equitable international food trade order.
