May 8-9, 2025* — Life in prison is the ultimate sentence for the British traitor.
American funds and companies are rapidly buying up British assets and those allowing it, I reckon, should be tried for treason.
Surging private-equity and real-estate deals are the latest transactions that demonstrate “villains” are taking over. I say villains because this is happening without consultation of the British people. Councils are selling public assets and they are being bought by rich folks at prices that will be shown to be cheap.
Media executives / editors and competition regulators should be first to face scrutiny. They are aiding enemies of the state: rapacious investors abusing Britain by improperly exploiting the strength of the US dollar, for instance. That’s treasonous (see below).
See this FT snip below….where treason is normalised:
As ordinary voting Brits are offered near zero percentage on savings in the bank ….private equity group Blackstone is pushing for 9% plus.
American companies owning space under railway tracks means they can control UK transport links by having an “accidental explosion”…stopping the use of the train tracks …these accidental explosions are already used to ramp prices in fossil fuel markets, for instance. Fake emergencies are Donald Trump’s playbook.
As the saying goes …. the only thing worse than being America’s enemy, is to be its friend.
Those friendly Brits need to be scrutinised.

Bloomberg LP, the news for the greedy wealthy and some others, has a distinct playbook to normalize bad behavior by the 0.1% most well off.
They choose a slightly important topic near a subject — eg private equity — but instead of properly questioning the market structure that allows the massive increase in private equity, their “news angle” normalizes the bad behaviour.
That is — they deliberately miss the point by focussing on a smaller point …in this case EBITDA …earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization.
To be clear, I’m not saying the story below is not worthy, I’m saying that the bigger story about why the massive expansion of private equity is being allowed by society should not be left unwritten.
Given government promises to meet sustainable development goals by 2030 and given the damage to nature and climate caused by investors through today … it is clear that more, and more rapacious, private equity is not what the world needs.
Yet, it’s not only being allowed …it’s being allowed in a reckless way.
And check out who’s advertising (Amazon – giant American monopolist [maybe oligopolist] online retailer).

You really couldn’t make this shit up.
Bloomberg has probably been deploying this “distract-from-the-bad-behaviour-of-the-wealthy-and-the-bad-economic-system” playbook for most of 30 years. … EG by deflecting from effective climate action, like carbon pricing.

Treason is still a criminal offense in the UK, distinct from sedition. The relevant law is the Treason Act 1351, which has been amended but is still in force.
It defines treason as acts such as:
Levying war against the sovereign or aiding enemies of the state. Compassing or imagining the death of the sovereign, the sovereign’s spouse, or the sovereign’s eldest son and heir. Giving aid or comfort to enemies of the Crown in times of war.
The maximum penalty for treason is life imprisonment. The death penalty for treason was abolished in 1998.
Additionally, there are modern laws like the Official Secrets Act 1989, which criminalizes espionage, unauthorized disclosure of official information, and other acts that could harm national security.
