Trump leaves Paris climate deal a 2nd time, as some US temperatures to drop to record; West Palm Beach to hit freezing for first time in history (1)

It takes a year to leave the UN Paris climate deal, which is why the US is only leaving for a second time now, or three days ago, Jan. 27, to be precise.
