Bloomberg News has lost a landmark privacy case at the UK’s highest court, which ruled on Wednesday that suspects in a criminal investigation have the right not to be named by media organisations until charges are brought.
CarrZee Comment: I’m publishing this because of my climate whistleblowing/ unfair dismissal case against Bloomberg, and also because those being investigated for greenwash might expect some privacy until they are “charged” with greenwash, if / when that becomes possible.
I imagine such charges might be pursued under advertising standards, initially.
